Pregancy Dialogues
A Facilitated Support Group

Pregnancy Dialogues is a facilitated discussion group for pregnant mothers to explore topics around family, partner and infant relationship before, during and after a new baby enters the family.
Pregnancy is a sacred time where connection is key.
Your unborn baby needs connection with you from the beginning in the womb!
You might also feel the need to connect with other pregnant women?
In a supportive small-group environment, mothers/gestational parents will have an opportunity to focus on
-
connecting to this pregnancy and this baby,
-
practicing relaxation and breathing exercises to reduce stress,
-
having a dialogue with the baby in the womb and feeling the baby’s reaction,
-
balancing self-care with new family dynamics and life after birth.
A small group of max. 6 pregnant women meet for 6 consecutive weeks for 2 hours. Online or in person.

Pregnancy Dialogues TM was developed to help meet this need for social support and connection. In a safe and welcoming setting, pregnant women are invited to come together to engage in facilitated, reflective discussions about being pregnant and becoming a mother. This exchange leads to
-
Fewer premature births,
-
Fewer C-sections,
-
Calm babies more easily soothed after birth,
-
Higher rates of breastfeeding,
-
Increased confidence in mothering,
-
Decreased symptoms of postpartum depression,
-
Strong bonds between the participants that continue after birth.
