In the first weeks and months of life you build the source of happiness for your child. Your child will be steeped in your whole life energy: how you feel, what you think, how you live your life. He or she will be built up by your worries or your happiness. What would you choose?

 

How you as a mother deal with stress, how you maintain an inspiring relationship, but especially the attention you bring to your little one will shape his feeling of worthiness, of value, and will be the basis of his resilience on mental, emotional and physical level. How the father is the element that brings presence, joy and care to this mother-baby dyad will be the basis for unconditional growth based on security and confirmation of the right to thrive.

If you step into your power to give the best to your unborn baby he will be able to spread his wings from the beginning of his life. He will be forever grateful to both of you.
